Description

In days past, employers were impressed by graduates who had impressive stores of knowledge. This course is aligned with 2016 ODE Teacher Competencies a, b, c, f, g and NAGC Teacher Preparation Standards 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 5.2. 

Ms. McNair currently teaches Gifted and Talented students at a small rural school at Bosqueville ISD in Texas. She has been a teacher for over a decade, teaching 4th/5th grade math before moving into gifted education. As a parent of gifted children, she is a strong advocate for gifted education. Ms. McNair regularly speaks at TAGT (Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented) and other conferences, particularly sharing her passion for innovative education. Andi is married to her high school sweetheart. They have three children and live in Waco, TX.
